It seems that Gaming has adjusted it's records on these chips (from the current "Chips and Tokens Report" of Nevada Gaming):

FOUR QUEENS HOTEL & CASINO LAS VEGAS 00/00/00 00/00/00 CHIP 0.25 PAI GOW 2000, BLACK W/ROYAL RED - CANCELLED IN LIEU OF #380.

FOUR QUEENS HOTEL & CASINO LAS VEGAS 00/00/00 00/00/00 CHIP 0.25 PAI GOW 2001, BLACK W/ROYAL RED - CANCELLED IN LIEU OF #380.

Not knowing how Gaming administers the "Chip and Token" I do not know what the "#380" reference is. However, it could reference some internal report. Please note that the "cancelled" notation has not been there all along. It appeared at least a year ago, but not before several years ago, as I have an older listing that does not include the cancellation.
