What was happening is I have the url to the collection library in my signature like a lot of people do and the application that I use to send and receive my e-mail kept checking to see if the collection library was working. So after I removed the url it worked just find. 3 hrs later.

The part of the collection library that you go out to view people traders(like you see below) is now up, but it has been going offline periodlically and I have e-mailed Brian and he has fixed it several times. Guess I'll know when its down.
