I inquired on it some time ago and came away with the impression that it was an error in TCR (gasp!!!). I love TCR, so don't anyone get mad at me about the "E" word reference. I know of at least one other chipper that inquired and came away with the same feeling.

If anyone knows otherwise, I would be interested in hearing and would be interested in seeing a scan.
