I asked myself am I worse off than I was 8 years ago?
I have a better Job
I make a better Salary
I live in a bigger house
I drive a nicer car
I have more in my 401K
My stock portfolio is up
I do have the same wife (Nothing I could do about that one..... lol)
I have a LOT better chip collection
I have more friends
In fact, I cant see how my life is worse than what it was 8 years ago as it has only improved in nearly every way, other than the fact that I have less hair......
How many others feel that same way?
