I agree with you about letting the three biggies monopolize the town. Back when Howard Hughes was buying casinos, he wanted to buy a 7th one in LV...don't remember at the moment which one it was, maybe the 'dust...anyway, gaming wouldn't license him for it, fearing that he'd have too much control. Now look at the town.
Of course, the tourists aren't necessarily helping matters. How long would 6-5 blackjack last, if no one (and I mean NO one) played it? But people do...so more places offer it, and get away with it. aaaak!
