Please do not generalize Dave. You have crappy sellers from every country but most of them are good.
So what is the actual issue here?Did you get the chips as advertised? It costs $2.50 to mail a chip from here in a bubble mailer if you count the price of the mailer,so maybe the seller was trying to keep costs down. As for feedback...well...don't you leave feedback when your item arrives? Do you sell? If you sell do you not appreciate feedback?
