Where on Joe's auctions does he state the he combines shipping? He dosen't. That might have been a question to ask prior to bidding, if you didn't. Personally, I have dealt with Joe for 12 yrs. and have never once been unhappy. I can only testify to my dealings, but if I ever had an issue with anything that Joe sold or sent me, he took care of it. Did you contact Joe about your displeasure?
