This is a link to a thread on ChipTalk.net that details actions talken by the copyright holder of the recently licensed Dunes, Golf Course commemorative home poker sets, that actually used the old Dunes house mold molds. (Although I tend to not like this type of design, it was done with licensing approval of the current Dunes copyright holder and I find the "infringement" process interesting.
