The construction on Harmon and the Strip is MGM Grand's PROJECT CITY CENTRE: Casino, hotels, retail shops, condos, apartments, etc. You name it, it will be there. The COSMOPOLITAN will be tucked in between Project City Centre and the Bellagio, slightly behind the Jockey Club.
