I worked at Harrah's one summer while I was in college (1977). There was a very small casino out the back door that we frequented that had low minimums for BJ, 25c (I think). Pretty sure it was the Reno Turf Club. I'm not sure if it is still there. If not, then that is probably 1 of the casino making up Harrah's parking garage.
