Re: USPS Large Envelope Definition

When I send one, two or three chips through the mail, if they are sturdy (like modern casino-type chips are) and not valuable, I put them end to end wrapped and taped tightly in paper. The resulting envelope is not over 1/4" thick. So I send it letter rate -- 41-cents for first ounce, 17-cents for additional ounces, and a 17-cent surcharge (for unevenness).
