I vaguely remember a thread on this chip. I am looking for information on the chip. Does anyone have one? Is there a photo available? I looked in the archives but could not find anything. Can anyone provide any information on what this chip looks like, and were there multiple denominations?

Any information is greatly appreciated. It is on my want list......but i am trying to figure out what exactly it is that I want!
