I too have attended nearly every Wednesday afternoon trade session and it is absolutely a fantastic way to meet people, even better than the Splashbar (No offense Brian).

Unfortunately there were concerns that needed to be adressed that had lingering issues for some time.

As an educational orginization one of our goals it to provide educational seminars for our members. These are not only very informative but very helpful to collectors. The bad news is that they like several other club functions are poorly attended.

It the club sponsored trade sessions during those seminars, or other events it would be detrimental to the club.

We have made every attempt to add hours to all other trade sessions to make up for this loss as best we could. Cant we make the After Banquet Trade session the "Place to Be" and meet up with all our friends there?

Unfortunately we were stuck between a rock and a hard place on this one.

It is entirely possible that before next years convention we can figure out a solution that everyone will be happy with. I realize its just a pipe dream that everyone will be happy with anything, but at least we can hope.
