THOSE BAST**ARDS!!! They snuck in a little checked off box that I would only accept Paypal users in my preferences without any permission from me or even telling me. Found it finally after a frustrating hour of looking and listing and cancelling my auctions and wasting some fees(not much).Thanks to Bob and Lorrie who guided me through this horror show that is eBay.
Placed the chips under my other eBay id so they are back up,my template is set and hopefully I won't have anymore Paypal issues for at least a week.
