I can send a single chip in a bubble mailer (1oz.) to Germany, France, Belgium, England, Spain, and most other International places for $1.07, and yet, if I send a single chip in a bubble mailer (1oz.) to Reno, NV. it costs me $1.13 (And I live in Reno, NV.).

Go figure....
