As a supervisor, I am given these chips to hand-out to employees (from time-to-time) as little rewards for conducting themselves safely or in a secure manner. The safety chips, printed with "$1" twice, are worth $2 at the several cafeterias on our plantsite. The blue $1 chip is good for a dollar towards meals, and are earned by performing in a manner consistent with protecting information or documents and the like. The blue "dice" chip is hot-stamped in silver and reads: "Raytheon Missile Systems Company - On-The-Spot Security" The logo is "GSS" for Global Security Services, the name given for our Corporate Security organization.
I have asked that if another release is to be made, that it be red. Our in-house Fire Department has one in development on their 'prevention' side to give out as a reward for being Fire Prevention Aware.
If anyone is interested in these, I do have traders. I too am interested in trading for like reward program chips from other organizations/companies.
Because the chip you show has a serial number, I suspect that it has a potential higher value than just a dollar or two and probably requires recording whenever it gets handed out. Value could be time off with pay or room nights, etc.
Thanks for looking,
Jim
