that right its an AUCTION not a SALE:

ok, so I see an item I want. I'm willing to pay $150 for it, so thats the bid I place. now, the second place bidder is only willing to pay $100 for the item, so the auction is at $101. The seller isnt happy unless he gets $130, so he puts in a FAKE bid of $129, and I end up winning the item for $130.
The fact that I was willing to pay $150 HAS ABSOLUTELY NO BEARING on the fact that what the seller did was dishonest and wrong, and any way you cut it, he still screwed me out of $29. the seller entered into a contract of his own free will when they started the auction, and assumes all resonsibilties of the contract, so if the seller wants to get a minimum he should put a reserve, or offer it as a straight sale. PERIOD!

You can still get quite a bit of buyer history tho
it WILL still make shilling rampant.
It's already happening in Australia!!!
Not if you bid on CCGTCC members' auctions, only.
