I did a lot of research on these chips.
I think I know where and when they were used in the 50's but I can not say 100% for sure.
I talked to 12 different people that worked in the place, none had any nor could postivily say they were the chips.
Someday I will complete an article on them.
I am sure the LV stands for Las Vegas, grin
