NCR, BankNote of the Day.....Mississippii Dave!

OK, Dave You asked for Commemorative Philippine 5 pisos. Since you did not specify which one I will show the front of all of them and the common back.

The Republic of the Philippines is an archipelago in the western Pacific 500 miles from the southeast coast of Asia.

The notes selected are common 5 Piso (1 Piso = 100 Sentimos) notes that have a Commemorative Stamp in the watermark zone for each commemoration year. The common fronts feature the Portrait of Aguinaldo at left and Plaque with cannon at right. The backs have Aguinaldo's independence Declaration of June 12, 1898. Printed by Thomas De La Rue & Co Ltd. (TDLR) the note contains an image of Aguinaldo along with UV codes and Security Threads. Some notes came in presentation folders, uncut sheets and other ways which commanded higher book values. The standard single production note in UNCirculated condition carries a $1.50 book value. ENJOY!!
