1. you stated you gave him 2 days. I count one day. You made your original post after 10pm on monday. I have dealt with Robert on several occasions and never had a problem.

2. I find it hard to beleive that the USPS delivered the envelope in that manner. Usually if an envelope is opened and the contents are exposed they will put the original packaging in a clear USPS envelope along with a note explaining what they think might have happened. This envelope seems to have one side completely and neatly opened.
