5 chips were mailed in a paper envelope which arrived split open and 2 chips missing.

Every single person agreed, "SELLER SHOULD MAKE GOOD AND RE-SEND".

After emailing the seller (twice) the link and request to make good, he has not replied. Therefore, since the transaction was originated on this Chip Board, I now feel it necessary to post the seller's name: Robert McColum.
