to expect a response to 5 unanswered emails and several posts to the club board within a 3 week period? Silly me. I'm not referring to the current situation. My situation happened months ago. I certainly am aware that these are volunteer positions. I have been a volunteer in many capacities over the years. I didn't expect an immediate response. I did expect some response within a reasonable period of time. I agree with several other posters, that a substitute should have handled the position during the problem period. And this is not a rant, just one man's humble opinion.
