People in the past have had a low limit on card, enough to pay for room charges, but then charge up a big Bar, Food,hotel store, and room service charges, and skip out. It's called fraud protection. Kike waiting a check to clear before mailing chips. I would have gotten a Harrah's card (free), gotton back in line and, said Yes I have a card. We all pay for fraud, & BK losses, that are build in the price we pay. It is going to get to be a bigger problem in day's to come.
