A person on this board should have known better than to use the poor shipping, and the seller bears the legal and any other typw of burden to properly secure delivery. I hope whomever the seller is will make it right, and regard this as a learning experience. I also respect the fact that you have not named the seller, but are giving them an opportunity to make it right and save face. It helps keep an unfortunate situation from hardening into hqarsh words and long term sour feelings.
