There must be something about the Olympics. Back when they were held in the USA, it was widely reported that someone from New Mexico had contacted the US Olympic Committee about getting event tickets, and the caller was told that he would have to contact the Olympic committee in his own country to get tickets, as the US Olympic Committee tickets were only for Americans.
