The seller did a VERY POOR job of packaging the chips for mailing. They should have been mailed in a bubble mailer to avoid being processed through the postal service's automated machinery. If this seller sells chips on a regular basis then they should have known better.
Did you pay using Pay Pal? If so I would file a claim though them to get your money back.
