How would you think the situation should be handled?
ENVELOPE ARRIVED SPLIT OPEN,
with 2 of the 5 CHIPS MISSING:
SELLER SAID HE BEAT-UP THE ENVELOPE
GETTING IT ALL SEALED TOGETHER:
3 chips actually made it all the way to the buyers mailbox,
however these 2 chips were missing.... not to be found:
Seller says he ships like this all the time, and only offered to sell me 2 more chips at face value (instead of re-sending them at his cost)....
So,the question for you is:
Should the buyer eat the loss and be stuck paying for chips he didn't receive....
or,
Should the seller re-send the buyer the 2 lost chips?
PLEASE REPLY TO ONE OF THE 2 LINKS BELOW,
EITHER UNDER "BUYER SHOULD EAT LOSS"
OR "SELLER SHOULD MAKE GOOD AND RE-SEND"
