The GN chip is a Golden Nugget, LV roulette. Listed in TCR in several colors and fairly scarce.

The third chip in your scan is the pattern that Paul-son used to cancel chips. They also stamped some blanks with this pattern and sold them in the retail store. I don't know that there is an official name, but I call it "Exploding Wagon Wheel". Some call it a sunburst or starburst pattern.
