Per the coordinates Ross gave in his post that would be Colorado highway 131 and Finger Rock is located about 2 1/4 miles S/SE of Yampa. That rail line in the picture is the Union Pacific (former DRGW) Craig Branch which is primarily used as for shipping coal from the mines in that part of the state. Here is a link to a map:
