The general store(which by the way was for sale back in Sept.)(wish I had the money) was from Pittsburg, PA. and came to visit a friend(23 years ago) that lived in Tahoe, fell in love with the area and has never left. I asked over a dozen locals, if you could only visit one place in say 150 mile radius, where would it be? Over half of them said Brodie, CA...so I guess next time I'm in the area (hopefully this summer or fall) I'll have to check it out.
