Well it seems that Mr. Sutton is back. For those who don't remember, back in 2004 Mr. Sutton had a run in with several members of the online chipping community, including me. Mr. Sutton distinguished himself at that time for insulting chippers on the ChipBoard and other bad behavior. In my case, Mr. Sutton ordered a chip from me and then demanded a refund saying that it was not in the condition advertised. I had the chip listed in used condition and that is the condition it was in. The CCGTCC Code of Ethics requires that members give a refund for any reason within 14 days of a transaction. So I gave Mr. Sutton a refund. Since I do not charge for shipping, I was out for shipping and insurance. It was not a cheap chip, and my expense was not insignificant. Please note that Mr. Sutton could have requested a scan of the chip or a detailed description prior to the transaction, but did not. Mr. Sutton also used "gutter language" to insult me on the ChipBoard and called me a liar. I filed a claim against Mr. Sutton with the CCGTCC and before the claim was settled, Mr. Sutton's membership expired and he did not renew. I settled my claim with the CCGTCC by stating that I would drop the claim if Mr. Sutton was not allowed to ever renew his membership. That is how it now stands. So Mr. Sutton is not a member of the CCGTCC. Had his membership not expired, he would have been expelled. I also believe that other CCGTCC members filed similar claims against Mr. Sutton. So it should come as no surprise to anyone that Mr. Sutton is continuing where he left off in 2004.
