The error is on the inscription "Civil War Commemorative" the die was evidentally mis-aligned during the minting process. The word COMMEMORATIVE is partially into the outer rim and the letters are mashed and overrun each other. I placed it on JACKPOT last year but had no bids. Make me an offer.
