Everything these volunteers do is for the good of the club and its future.

Huh? There are a few club members that I might consider to be clueless, but Wayne isn't anywhere close to being on that list.

Doug just finished posting his 100th newbie tip in this forum. He shares information, and he shares his collectibles via postings showing images. The first purpose of the club is education.

I'm very surprised that Tom knows every little intricacy involved in the transitioning of this position from Ralph to Sunday that he could make such a statement.
While it is okay to express opinions, hitching a wagon to total ignorance does not serve one well. You are a better man than that! Suffering fools is one thing. Supporting them is quite another.
