well it happened for the first time since dealing with sellers on Ebay !
I won an auction for 60 chips sent the check for $83 (they didnt accept paypal)
on 1/27 the party cashed my check on 2/7 and they will not answer my emails or have not sent the chips I have won other auctions after this one and all those chips have been recieved does anybody have a idea what to do??? SHOOPERMAN NEEDS YOUR HELP!
