First problem is you are using Vista....Y U K !!!

depending on the purpose of your "inventory book" you might want to go to 4 x 4 (like Ross does). I use 4 x 5 ( 4 rows, 5 columns) and have the size of each item at 2 x 2 where I think ross has his set a 2 1/4 x 2 1/4. I dont need mine that big since I would rather have the extra 5 per page. I'm using it to know if I have the chip or not.....not to see every detail on the chip. I also have 3 rows of text information: casino, city, state, TCR #, Val, and year.

Not sure why you're getting a Vista error. I'll have to look into that. It's the first time Ive heard about anything like that with the print outs.
