If you ever need a special character you can do this (assuming you are using a windows box)

select the start button and then "run"
type in "charmap" (no quotes, and press enter)

Click the symbol you want to copy. Stick with the Arial font, dont use a special one.
Press Select, then Copy.

Its in your clipboard buffer, just go somewhere else and press Ctrl-V to paste.
