Pre-registration accomplishes a number of objectives.

1) Pre-registration, banquet tickets, poker/blackjack tournaments as well as entry to trading sessions are available to club members who will be current and in good standing as of the date of the convention. If your membership expires before 30 June 2008, please renew it prior to pre-registering.

2) Children, 12 years of age and older, and spouses can become Associate Members, if they have the same mailing address as the member, for only $5 a year in dues. Children under 12 do not need to pay for Pre-registration, but should be listed on the application.

3) Banquet tickets and poker/blackjack tournament entries must be paid for prior to the Convention. There are no tickets or tournament entries available at the door.

4) Pre-registration saves you money over buying a daily pass for all three days.

5) Pre-registration saves you time and helps club volunteers. You can pick up your package on Wednesday any time during the hours the desk is open. You will not have to stand in a long line at the registration desk filling out a card every day .

6) Pre-registered attendees will receive a colored badge with a plastic holder on a chain. Daily attendees receive a "Hello, my name is" sticker.

7) The Pre-registration packets will include your name badge/holder/chain, poker and/or blackjack entry coupon(s), banquet ticket, any vendor coupons or dealer specials and other 'goodies'.

8) Dealers receive a free Pre-registration, BUT need to pay for any other activities. Dealer helpers need to pay for Pre-registration and any other activities.

9) Last year’s volunteers will NOT have to pay the Pre-registration fee, BUT need to pay for any other activities. If you volunteered at the 2007 Convention, plan to attend this year, but will not be attending the banquet or participating in the tournaments, please advise me so your Pre-registration packet will be available.
