I found this notched sample with reverse Chipco adv at the Super Show. It's an oversize chip with 1993 expiration on face. I know Hilton used some Chipco oversize baccarat chips but I've never seen any NCV's that looked like this. Does anyone know if it was actually made as a promo chip?
