I dont collect roulettes, but would think any way you do it has drawbacks in keeping track. All in one listing using the quantity increment and multiple scans hoses the ability to easily track chip value. Seperate collections don't make sense. Maybe having a modified casino name would let these be grouped and tracked. I yield to the roulette CA users.
Regarding casino acquired chips, I use face value. It costs me that to retain them instead of cashing them, no matter whether I was ahead or behind at that casino...
