Use the Club Standard Grading Principals
One of the issues that faces our hobby today is much like what I have seen in the Coin and Sports Card Collecting hobbies in the past, Standard Grading.
All too often we make a trade with others of buy a chip on Ebay only to find out when we receive the chip that the actual condition is nothing like was described.
The reason that this usually happens is that many people have a different idea of what Good or Very Good Condition Really means.
The best way to resolve this issue if for everyone starting to use the Standard Grading and Condition Descriptions.
The club has adopted this grading policy to create a uniform method of grading that we can all follow. That way when someone tells you that a chip is in New or Average condition you have a much better idea what to expect.
Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the grades and descriptions on the attached link and you will find that you will be happier in both your purchases and trades when everyone is on the same wavelength.
The standards can be found on the club webpage at the following link:

Happy chipping to all
