One of my favorite Nevada stories was one that Milos Begovich told in an oral history to Dwayne Kling. (Every Light Was On) Begovich was a night shift boss at Bill Harrah's Tahoe club and got into a routine of lifting some cash from the Harrah's vault, walking across the street and laying it on the line at Harvey Gross' craps tables. You can imagine how well that went. Milos? He opened a joint there at Tahoe and then another one in Gardnerville using his nick, "Sharkey's"
Here's a building that I understand from this board Harvey's uses for storage. Used to be the Glass Crutch. Follow the sign for the Tahoe Airport (I think) at Kahle Dr and go up several hundred yards.
