Something else that deserves consideration Steve is the Banquet! Some of the speakers that I have seen at these are Bob Stupack, Oscar Goodman and Bob Maheau. Even the speakers that weren't familiar were very worthwhile and enjoyable. A big plus is the folks you're going to meet at this affair also, I've met a couple of dozen Chipboard posters and another couple dozen really good chippers who don't participate here. You're among friends for sure at the banquet and it's simple and fun. My habit is just to show up stag and cruise the tables checking for a vacant seat. There will be some queries on this as the event gets closer but dress is pretty simple as well, just dress in a manner that shows respect for our guest speaker and the nice reps that show up to accept the Chip Of The Year etc. awards. It was an Hawaiian theme last year so as you might surmise, ties are NOT required! Oh yeah, Follis wears a tux and he's a hoot to watch as he wrangles guests and awards with great energy and he does the club proud, thanks Jim!

So give it a try Steve and any one else making your first convention. You gotta eat, right? The banquet is all chippers and all good!
