Tonight’s selection is a new issue 5 Bolivares Fuerte from Venezuela released on January the 8th of this year. I have the complete set but will display others later. This one was my favorite since it has the National Bird of Texas on it (the Armadillo). The front features Pedro Camejo in a vertical format with him as the watermark. It as UV markings and a security thread. The back features two giant armadillos (priodontes maximus) in the foreground, palm trees in Los Llanos (flat plains). Book value on this note is about $2.35 in UNCirculated condition. ENJOY!!
