Too Late for NOT pissing them off ....
PayPal sent me a survey to participate in. I responded very frankly concerning them taking a month to answer a simple question. Plus charging the PayPal recipient fees: "Why not charge those that CHOOSE to use PayPal the fee?" is actually what I asked. Buzz
