Issued as part of a complete set, I believe.
The $2 chip was easier to find as a single chip, but the others (25 cent, 50 cent, $1 & $5) were part of a set (along with the $2 chip) that they sold in the gift shop (thanks to "Big Ed" Bigley for my set
