First off...those scan names are WAYYYYYYYY tooooooo lonngggggggg. You need to keep the length of the path short (less then 90 characters).

I recommend using as few as possible subfolders
keep the scan names short ! Use TCR numbers for nevada, and others use a state abbreviation and thwe chipguide numbers. No need to name the scan a casino chip scan.
Did you get a cd of scans with your database program???
