I don't know if anyone else has posted about these "Express Play Coupons" that I have been receiving from various Harrahs properties over the last few months. I call them "Personal TITOS" since they have your name and card # on them along with the Casino name and value. I have received over $250.00 worth of these coupons, but have not played most of them since they have to be used on specified dates - so I started collecting them. You insert the coupons directly into the machine, just like a recular TITO. Value on the coupon can not be cashed in, but once you play the value of the coupon any winnings are yours to cash out.
Do any other Casinos use these "Personal TITOS"???
