That's part of my point. I almost have to keep it because it's that good of a deal. If I send it back, he makes out because, he could most likely sell it for enough to cover any losses due to shipping and still make a profit.
Is this a practice done by many sellers? What a win win for a seller. If a seller doesn't get a bid worthy of the chip, he just sends a lesser value chip.
It's just bad practice if you ask me.
