Can I please have your opinion?
I recently won an item (a chip) very cheap on ebay. And upon receiving this chip, it was clearly not the chip pictured. The chip pictured was is my opinion, in much better shape. So I contacted the buyer right away, and was offered my money back. The rub here, is that I wasn't offered the chip in the picture instead and frankly, even the chip I received is worth much more than I paid for it.
So he makes out if I send it back and he returns my money, and he makes out because he kept an obviously better condition chip.
What say you?
