I'm using ZoneAlarm security suite and it works great. I think it was Bill Romano who originally suggested it to me. But if I'm mistaken please forgive me whoever it was... My mind isn't what it used to be, or maybe it never was.

I tried Panda at someone else's suggestion a while ago and I would NOT recommend it!
